CO-WASHING

Co-wash your tresses at least twice a week.
Co-washing is conditioning your hair, combing through your hair using a wide toothcomb or Denman brush.
Let your conditioner sit 15 minutes- 2 hours.
Rinse your hair with cool water and let air-dry.

CURLY TRESSES

Prepare a spray bottle of distilled water. Divide your hair into sections, then spray with the water bottle. Detangle each section and comb through with a wide tooth comb. Once done, apply your curling cream and braid or twist your hair. I highly recommend that you do not go to sleep with a ponytail.

ALWAYS WRAP YOUR HAIR UP AT NIGHT, WITH A SILK BONNET OR HEAD WRAP.
